Valerie Schaeffer is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in 3D visual art, graphic design, and web design. She earned her BFA in 3D Fine Arts from Moore College of Art and Design in 2013. Valerie’s work spans industrial materials like metal, concrete, and wood, which she transforms into sculptural pieces inspired by the natural world and architectural structures. Through the integration of light and video projections, she enhances these forms with ethereal reflections and dynamic, moving patterns, offering a fresh and synthetic perspective on familiar elements.
Through my work, I aim to evoke memories of rare, personal experiences that embody the power, beauty, and fragility of life. From miniature models of public art installations to medium and large-scale sculptures that command entire spaces, I translate these memories into abstract forms to create an immersive and impactful experience for the viewer.
